Sixboro started when co-founders Edwin Lebron and William Schmitt began renovating smaller residential properties in their home state of New Jersey after leaving successful careers in finance and merchandising. Jefferson oversees the timely execution of the firm’s day to day operations. These responsibilities entail optimizing internal processes to efficiently build high performance assets. Jefferson also spearheads the sourcing and acquisition of opportunities which include negotiating terms, underwriting, and leading due diligence.
